Still say even the close up pics of the fender badge look photoshopped. Just doesn't look very real in the studio lighting. I can't wait to see it in person at Detroit!

Awesome, thanks for the links. This engine sounds awesome!

I like the look of the wheels that come with the Brembo brake package, too.

There is no doubt this thing is going to haul the mail. This is the most I have been excited since the mach 1's and blown cobras came out. I am just giddy about this Mustang.

What's up with Ford and all the rags listing the brakes as being smaller than last years?? More power and smaller brakes? Shouldn't they be bigger? They are listing the GT brakes as being 11.5 inches in the front, the same size as the V6, my frikking Focus has larger brakes then that!

To bad the is no manual mode for the auto though. Tap-shifting would be really fun with 412 hp.
I thought this auto trans in the Ford pick-up had shift paddles - odd....

Used to some sort of manumatic function...

[[ Edit: Looks like only the F-150 'Raptor' has this feature? ]]

They're all wrong. The spec sheet says the discs are going to be:
13.2 in front
11.8 in rear

x2! I can't wait!
I got a call from my dealer this morning, telling me to come down and look at the Raptor they just unloaded, but he also wants to sit down and talk about this new 5.0... I have to say, I don't think I'm going to put up much of a fight if he tries to sell me one!

Hey all, as it is stated in the 2011 Spec Sheet, 3:15s are standard with the Auto, 3:31s standard with the Manual. http://media.ford.com/images/10031/2...g_GT_Specs.pdf

Also as stated in other places, standard GT brakes will be 13.2" in the front with twin piston calipers. Up about half an inch from 2010 correct? And then the V6 should get last year's GT brakes correct?
