2011-2013 air/climate display on radio screen?

I have a 2013 premium w/o navigation. I noticed that on the radio display, there is some space above the compass and above the exterior temp, if you look close enough or shine bright light on it, there are options to display fan speed and A/C temp.

I was driving the other day, and while messing with my A/C I saw those displays come on for a second, then go out. Are those displays disabled by default?

Im not sure how to explain this, I hope I made it clear enough. Ultimately, are the A/C temp and fan speed options suppose to be shown on the display of the stereo system?

Same thing happened to me , I saw dual temp digital metrics and fan speed on the digimatrix display and after pressing ac button everything disappeared, looks like dual temp control is locked for the current models or it's a bug

I saw this too, it probably works on Ford's more popular vehicles...like the Focus and Fusion.

Because god knows Ford doesn't sell enough Mustang's to ever offset the costs of making a feature like this work.

Why do both of those pics by different posters show the same 88 degrees? If that's blowing 88 degree air, it may explain why I'm always HOT. I was kinda hoping the A/C just sucked in the '10... but now I know it sucks in the '12 as well. Mine anyway.

its not blowing 88*... its just the defult display. the sensors are not hooked up to anything that reads temp.

Wonder if it would work if you put that bezel in an Electronics Package Mustang with dual zone climate ...

Over the past 50 years over 9 million mustangs have rolled off the production line. In 2023 Mustang was the number one sold sports car in the USA, and for the past decade globally.
