what a let down from ford 
ill keep my 98 gt anyday over this.....what a let down for sure...hate the new grille with cut off fogs..hood looks half @$$ (should've just made a cowl hood instead of the half cowl) the black rockers and chunky black cladded rear looks like an afterthought?! wtf ford...and they still cant put an antenna in the windshield huh? kinda cool onthe rear quarter for once..but still unnecessary, and especially the satellite radio antenna..HIDEOUS...interior is pretty cool minus the out of place square ac vents in the middle..shoulda kept em round...and last but not least....TAIL LIGHTS!?!?! oh my god ford...hideious...the mustang is supposed to be your flagship vehicle and you just lost me....

i have been running back and forth between this site and svt like a little kid, this car is the first mustang that rolled out new in my driving days that without a question is gorgeous! now just goign to have to deal with the frigging adm's on the gt500 all over again.

Well, I like the hips themselves but not anything else what the exterior. I am really really into the 1969 Sportsroof look but this just isn't it as a package. The interior looks Euro to me or something also. I'll stick with my 2007!

this bodystyle is a terrible one for the BULLITT!
Congrats to Ford for getting it out for 08-09, and I hope they don't overdo/ruin BULLITT's name by making one in this bodystyle.
Please, just stick to Mach 1, Boss, or other SE's for now.

I would think the interior looking Euro would be a good thing since the majority of domestic interiors tend to look cheap.

This is a very impressive effort by Ford, I should say. It's also a MAJOR refresh. With a few niggling exceptions, I'd say they hit it out of the park. But I will wait for 2011 or 2012 and the 5.0L's 400HP. That'll be the ticket!

I love the interior with the exception of the square and round vents. Use one or the other. I also hope it has some lights in the vanity mirrors. I thought it was really cheap to leave those out of the current one, and my gf complains because she can't see how to put her contacts in.
I really like the hood bulge and the hips. The jury is still out on the front end for me, and I hate the rear, unless it is much better in person. The car just didn't have that instant attention grabbing appeal like the first time I saw the '05. Unless she looks much different in person, I highly doubt she will be replacing my Shelby.

No she doesn't have a problem with them falling out, but there have been times when she needed to put them in or check her make-up before we went in somewhere and she couldn't see. The fact is, some of the cheapest cars on the market have them, heck the Mustang had them 20 years ago. To skimp on something like that to save a buck or two is a prime example of why the rest of the world bashes American car interiors, and the companies are about to drown in a sea of imports.

What do you guys see in that grabber blue? That has to be the ulgliest thing I have ever seen. Come on, it is bright baby blue like a cheap bright painted kids toy. I get chills every time I see it, not the good chills.
