I really can't say. Obviously the trunk is not closed because the spoiler is hung up on the cover top right, and the camo is stuck on really bad so that the edges of the trunk don't fit over the lights. I don't really know any more than before and will wait to reserve judgement. I'm not a fan of the tail lamps and would like to see true separation with body color inbetween, but evidently the designers thought they'd just give us separation with reverse lights in between. I just say, heh, just another picture with more questions than answers.

Would look better if the reverse lights (or turn signals?) went all the way up and down. Completely separating the red sections.

Not feeling those lights at all, but that new rear badge is exactly what I've been wanting for my car - something that covers the keyhole, but doesn't so blatantly look like a fake gas cap (no offense to SHR piece owners). Hopefully it's 6" in diameter like the current piece!

Sigh... Well, I have to also agree that they are not a deal breaker. While they don't look too bad, I want to see it sans the camo. Can't wait!

Hmm, not a massive change back here, is there? Still, that camo could be hiding the fact the lamps taper towards the edge of the car. Not only that, the left lamp looks a bit wonky here, and the shutlines are a bit wavy. Photoshop? Could be. Or could just be the camo is cut roughly.

The clear sections don't bother me at all as similar units are already available for "Euro" Mustangs.

I'm not making any judgments on the basis of this picture. It looks like a photoshop to me as others have noted, and not a very good one at that. The lines look all "wonky" as Twin Turbo mentioned above, and the tail pipes look like they don't match, kinda like someone has tried to photoshop a second one in to make it look like a GT. It's definitely not a real picture, unless it was taken in the middle of an earthquake, while a sand storm was going on behind.

Generally though, I like the idea of a ducktail spoiler rather than the current one, and I like any rear lights that aren't the current ones because I think they are the worst part of the current car. It would be hard not to improve them.

Yeah, that's the IRS agent someone ran over while he tried to collect the gas guzzler tax!

I think you're correct; the left side taillight looks like the white parts are photoshopped onto a current model's taillight. The right side one looks real though.

And then they shot flat black camo spray points all over the taped over areas. Next they Released this tease picture, just to let the Mustang crazies like us see it. And then listen up for all of the free opinion feed back from the very people they are going to build this for!! I could be way wrong on this idea, but just my 2-cents. Save this camo picture in your files for future reference. CalStang

I really think they coulda done better by putting 69 style backups in the lower bumper to break up that area, and three full red lamps(with sequential option from the factory) would be good looking and smart way for ford to get a few extra bucks.

I tend to agree with Calstang. Most of these "spyshots" are allowed to occur to gauge public response.
