True, but if it wasn't black, you wouldn't feel the need to clean it again 30 minutes after cause dust was settling on the car...
I miss my Mineral Grey '05, it NEVER looked dirty! It was, all the time (no garage back then), but it always looked great! My black '13, looks dirty as soon as I move it! LOL!

LOL!But I'd been unable to give it daily TLC for about a month, even though I was still able to drive. Crap really built up on it. It was driving me crazy. I missed a lot of shows mainly because of my back, but partly because it wasn't up to my standards for display.
It's slowly getting there. I'm going to do the glass tonite, and finish up polishing tomorrow.
I've accepted that my black Mustang is a dust magnet. It no longer bothers me like it used to. As long as what's underneath the dust is clean and smooth and slippery, then it's fairly easy removing it when I'm headed out to a show, cruise, or a nice drive somewhere. Staying on top of it is the key. I usually do a little bit of detailing every day somewhere on the car.

Good luck!
I don't take mine to car shows (and really, it sits in the garage mostly, since I work from home), so it only gets TLC when I get time (which is really, about once every couple months)... But man, when I drove it to Missourri and back, I did have to spend quite a bit of time cleaning that (so much rain!)... My back was hurting after that (not as bad as what you're going through, but still)...
At some point, I will get an actual polisher (cause even though it looks decent, it can definitely be better), but for now, it's good enough... I drove it to get coffee last Friday and got a honk with a thumbs up and "cool car man" later at the bank, so I got that going for me, which is nice...
Good luck!

Jay, you deserve a dirty car because you have a red interior and I don't.....call it karma.
I manage a hotel, and one of my clients (knowing im a car guy) rolls up with his Aston Martin and insists I drive it. Amazing car, but it aint got that FORD rumble. I know Tom will like the rims on her though!
Meh....ho hum....looks like a convertible Fusion with Boss 302 wheels.
I'm cranky today...can you tell?
