all these cars on here need more tire shine!

 

I was bored, so I made adjustments to my previous pics to make the color more true to life. It's the only bad thing about GHIG, most cameras can't take a good picture of it.

here's mine sitting in a hotel parking lot. my favorite place to park when i'm in the busier part of town. NOT on the street! The pipes echo nicely between the 3 towers of the hotel, and the valets love it LOL

 

I'd like to see how that stuff looks on tires....just not mine!!!

I recently ran out of Meguiars Endurance gel and started using Pinnacle Black Onyx. The Endurance was oily and messy to work with and I used thin latex gloves when applying it. It gave a decent, semi-gloss shine. The Pinnacle is a pink colored cream, not as messy, and leaves more of a matte but very black finish. The tires look much cleaner and more pleasing.

and thanks for the comments. I wish I could get the car out this week, but it's been nonstop rain This summer has really sucked so far!!

 

I've used tire gel once on a past truck I had, the stuff collected dirt like no other, and it was hard to clean. I don't use tire shine much in general because most of what I tried using slings off all over the car after some driving on the highway.

Do you ever do tire dressing/gel? I do it sometimes on my stock pirellis cause i dont give a f lmao. I think it looks good though, gives it that deep, wet look, but not overly wet. I have some good gel that come with a foam applicator brush pad. I always dress my tires after i wash my car and clean my rims. maybe im just ghetto as hell

 

Oh of course I do. I just use real genuinely GOOD stuff. Not ghetto over the counter junk that normal folks do.
