Welcome to TMS, and what a gorgeous red pony. Great taste in mods and looks.[/QUOTE]

Thanks. I'm not gonna lie, I got a lot of "inspiration" from all the great looking rides on here. It made it easy to finally decide what I wanted to do.

That is cool as hell to see an old school carbed engine in a new car like that.

Soooooo...cool!!! ...I remember you posting a video of your creation awhile back. The car sounds perfect, Kind of like when I'm walking through the garage area at a NASCAR race! Very well done.

Attended the Wings and Wheels show at Teterboro Airport in NJ today. It turned out to be a really crappy day, and the car show portion ended early. But I toughed it out....I'm a big WWII history buff....especially Euro Theater aviation.

Despite the weather, it was fun and my Mustang didn't melt in the rain. Normally I wouldn't take it out when there's a better than 60% chance of wet, and today's rain was supposed to hold off until tonite. It didn't, but for my perseverance I scored Best In Show for Modern Muscle. Didn't expect it but I won't look a gift horse in the mouth.

I got a lot of shots of the planes, especially the B-17. My late Dad was a radio gunner on one in 1944 over France and Germany. I didn't take a ride on it, but it's on my list for next year.

FordStrokers.com provided the forged rotating assembly.

Central Texas Motorsports assembled the engine (all parts were new so only finish honing was required on the block).

Two Ten Performance did the swap for me (and even let me help).

Both companies are in San Antonio.

Very awesome man.
Sounds so old school and heavy with that cam. I LOVE it. I bet you turn heads all over the place.
Enjoy.
