Well, I'm up to 40km
on my car thanks to the rain. I don't find it notchy or grindy, I'd describe it as a bit "crunchy". But for my taste, the throws on the stock shifter are perfect. I'm throwing in the Energy Suspension bushing tomorrow and see how that does over the next few days/weeks. If it makes a good difference, I may go all the way to a 2-post or something like that. I want the stock action with cleaner delivery.

I feel the same way you do about the shifter. Let me know how you like the new bushing. I was going to replace mine with one from Steeda and install the Whiteline trans mount insert.

Well, the bushing improves it somewhat, mostly when the trans warms up though. I still get quite a bit of crunchiness when cold. I'm going to leave it be for a while and see if some break in time improves matters. I've only got 100km on the clock so far.
