John,...there are 2 ways to do this.
You can either grab a Roush car from a "certified Roush dealer" only as they, the dealer orders it, or you can buy a GT and have it shipped to Roush and have your options installed. The latter would cost you WAY more money because of enclosed shipping costs, depending on how far you live from Michigan. AND,...of course you HAVE to do the enclosed shipping. Just find a Roush car that is close in color and options to what you want and buy it from a certified dealer and be done with it. It's A LOT easier in my opinion and, you don't have to wait for your car to be completed before making payments on it.
I lucked out when I found my car. Had all the options I wanted. Put it to you this way,.....I paid not too much more for my Roush than a BRAND NEW loaded up GT/CS.
(Not including sales tax/enclosed shipping.)

Thanks for the info. To be clear, I'm not planning to buy a Roush car, not that I wouldn't if serious op presented itself. I'm a big Roush fan. I'm content with my car for now but have wanted to add a Roush TVS since I bought it! Someday.
John
Forewarning: I don't want any pot stirring from anyone... No poking or prodding trying to get anyone riled up. Sarcastic and condescending remarks trying to instigate are not needed and if it does continue it will be dealt with accordingly. Just giving everyone the heads up.
I cleaned the thread up. Again see my previous warning as it goes to everyone, and I mean it. We don't allow sig pics for a reason so bill, I think you can figure out where I'm going with that. As for everyone, if you have a problem with something or someone, PM me. Don't clutter up the forums with crap.
There is to be no discussion publicly about this post, if you have a problem, bring it to me.
Im the kind of guy that tells it like it is. You wont get anything sugar coated from me. I will give you my opinion straight up, whether good or bad.
Having said that, you do realize with all the money you spent making your car a "replica" you could have bought a real Roush?
I realize not everyone thinks like i think and thats more than fine.

No, the ones I was referring to certainly know who i was speaking to.
Seriously people keep it clean and civil. I would assume most of you are grown adults, don't ruin a good thread. Enjoy looking at mustangs and be glad they aren't slomaro's.

Suppose to be shipped early next week, sounds like they didn't have a few things in stock, JLT intake and another part they are waiting on. I expected it to be shipped a little quicker but I think I can wait.. at least that's what I'm telling myself ha.
And what's your plans for install?' self or shop?

Everyone has a opinion and I realize that and appreciate what you had to say the only correction I need to make here is that I have spent $7,000 for Roush Supercharger and another $3000 for all other Roush parts. I will need probably another $3000 for new Roush brake system and a few more parts. The only thing it really will be lacking is the signature engine plates. so lets add this up.
$ 34,000 GT
$ 7,000 SC
$ 6,000 MISC
____________
$ 47,000 TOTAL
$ 70,000 Roush Mustang
Difference of $23,000
which you did not do. You are fine with me. Not everyone likes Replica, but if you ever watched MECUM Auctions they have quite a few Replica's every week especially Yenko Chevy 2's, Pontiac GTO Judges, Shelby Mustangs and they all go for quite a few bucks. I did not build mine believing it will be worth money I made mine a Roush Replica because I am a big Jack Roush fan.Last edited by B's 5.0; Apr 30, 2014 at 04:44 PM.

) That was one of the points I was trying to make in one of my posts earlier in here.That was great of a deal for me to pass up. I was all over it.
Not a problem John. Just throwing the info out there.
To be honest,........That 47k price you posted there for the GT + supercharger/labor/misc. parts,......I paid less than that for my Roush. (Before taxes and enclosed shipping of course.
