Haha! That's it man. So hey what you think of my "plan"? Steeda comp springs, HD strut mounts, then Koni struts. I really just want to reuse the oem strut mounts to save $$$, but....ugh.

Meh, I already told you what I'd do ... 05-09 struts, GT500 mounts, new dust boots, jounce bumpers, and sleeves. About $165-170 + the struts.
Rent/borrow the spring compressors from Auto Zone, put everything together before you even go out to the car, and swap out complete assemblies.

How much are those Steeda HD mounts? Aren't they like $300+ ??

Eh, I have to disassemble the existing strut/spring assemblies anyways, since I'm selling my K springs. So I'll reuse the bump stops and everything else.

Since I only have 7k miles on car, I'm thinking reusing the existing strut mounts might not be a bad idea. And yes the HD steeda mounts are 300+.

xtc, is 15.2 normal for yours, or just a short term avg? Mine is steady at 14L/100km. And so is my ecoboost f150 actually LOL

Car right now is at 2,800 km. Average fuel consumption is now at 14.9 L according to the display. I definitely do not drive economically. I also strictly use 91 octane.

Nice - I often go out for pointless late night cruises. After I get home from my 50 mile nerve wrecking commute.... hair of the dog I guess. Speaking of, very cute dog! My parents have a very similar one.
