I bought the M12 x 1.75 handle and deluxe jam nut and paired it with a Hurst 153-0020 - Hurst Shifter ***** - ''T'' Handle Style - Aluminum. It comes with various adapter inserts. You can actually use this handle with the 2010+ handle, but you will need a spacer for the boot. The MGW jam nut accomplishes this for me, only draw back is jam nut is threaded to the old 1.75 course thread.
