That is exactly what I did. I bought a 2013 Roush Stage 3. I wanted the stage 2 upgrade as well and was set to purchase it, but the "lovely" state of Massachusetts would not pass it as far as emissions goes. Needless to say, I was pretty pissed off about that. It was only a little more than 1K for the upgrade which consisted of a smaller pulley, a better cai and a retune. My salesman said I could do the upgrade and just reflash it before I get the car inspected, but I opted out of it.
But with this stage 2 upgrade, I think it voids the Roush powertrain warranty or something like that. My salesman, who is the performance dealer manager explained it to me.

Uh it's not free. lol They have tuner kit (comes with out tune) and then the kit your speaking off. There's a nice price difference.

Yes. 275/35/20's. The rears are the 555R's, 305/35/20's. They offer a bit more width. They bite pretty hard too.

Nice, mine are in the mail right now. I went with 255s in the front though. Less weight and cheaper.

Yep, when I said free, I meant the "free" one that comes with the complete kit (phase2) for 6500.

The supercharger is free, the tune is $6500.

only had it for about 4 days but I got a prescription for window tint because the suns dangerous so here she is 15% tint
