Sorry Jay! As promised though, the picture of the lifting I'm talking about.
Still haven't gotten around to fixing it yet
but, it is still not noticed and has not gotten worse.
nm3 - I posted a couple of bsm blackout pics for you. The last one shows what the edge looks like. Just trying to show all angles.
edit: Ignore the dust

Goes great with all the flat black design of a gt/cs. It's a must for me. All great comments on the blackout. What I like is that most do not notice if they know little of the s197's. Have not had a negative comment towards the blackout panel. I'm not sure how easy it was to put on since TacoBill helped - ok... he did all of it
. It's pretty straight forward. If I had to do it again, I would and with confidence on having it turn out right.

Thanks for the pics!! I can see the lifting a little, but it's not too noticeable! And while I like the BSM blackout panel, I have the magnetic one you can buy on Ebay and it is decent enough... Not great, but not bad and it was only like $25...
I eventually would like to get the Silverhorse panel though...

My 2005 isn't as fancy, but it's not that bad looking either. It's still mainly stock, with a few goodies added for a change in look. Had to at least share along with all these other white beauties! ![Big Grin](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

new guy here from Illinois, I have been looking around a little bit, I have seen so many beautiful cars on here, last week, I bought my '05 Mustang, nothing fancy compared to some of the beauties on here, but I still love my car just the same.
last week I was driving past the local Chevy dealer here, and they had my car parked on the front row, and when I saw it, I whipped around and went back to check it out, and I fell in love with it right from the get go, eventually I will be adding some stripping to it, and make some customized seat covers for her too, but my main goal right now is to hurry up and get this car paid off at the credit union, and I should be able to get that done within 8 months if all goes right.

I used to live in Basel Switzerland many years ago and I worked in a speed shop called the Horse Power Shop, we used to have a few clients from South Tirol. Then I lived till recently in Salzburg Austria and am now in New York State but am going back to Salzburg end of this year and obviously my Stang in coming too. We should meet and do the Gaisberg Race or Salzburg Ring next summer. Roads are so much more fun Europe.
