Wasn't there a thread on here a few months back that had everyone post pictures of their Performance White Stangs? If I remember right, I thought it was a thread where everyone introduced themselves, and showed off there rides. I liked looking at those pictures to see what I liked and didn't like about particular modifications.

 

I am proud owner of 2007 Perf White GT.
It's basically stock, except FR3 suspension package and GTA mufflers.

Love the 18" Bullet wheels. I wanted those but they weren't available when I ordered mine.

How low did you go with the FR3 suspension package? How do the GTA mufflers sound at cruising highway/freeway speeds. Do they add any horsepower?

 

Very nice GT350, that's the look I was going for too. I did the 3dcarbon 1 piece spoiler, gt500 rear facia and cdc classic chin. I really liked that scoop too but couldn't afford that and the fee for the stripe painter so I just went with parts I had already accumulated and the stripes. Top stripes are painted, gt 350 side stripes are vinyl.

 

Bob, I want to add you to the stripes spreadsheet. Can you give me your stripe width and the gap between the stripes? Also, what specific blue did you use?

2006 Perf. White GT (Dropped all GT Badges), Manual, C&L CAI, Moto Blue UDP, Hurst Short Throw, Autovation Pedals, Headrest wraps, R1Concepts rotors, CDC aggressive chin / duck tail rear and side louvers, MGW Pony power plug, MGW cupholder bezel, Canadian 281 badges EH, and 5wHP stripes! Soon to have some other minor mods, but for now I am out of mod funding.

 

Mark, I can't really tell you the color blue. I ordered the navy blue side stripes from BSM and then had my buddy match the blue paint to the vinyl, so it's navy I guess. The stripes are 11in with a 1.5in gap.

 

FR3 suspension package lowers the car 1.5", there is 3 different settings it can be set as it's been installed. Soft, medium and hard. Hard setting is not recommended anywhere else than race. Medium is what I have.

GTA mufflers; they sound little louder than the stock, but hole lot lower tone than stock. I like them. No drone at all and they look good with those 4" tips. I doubt that there is any HP gain.

Are those real FR500's or replicas? I think they're the first black set I've seen on an S197 other than mine.
