No additional dealer markups on Jaguar XF?

Based on this quote from this article, it doesn't sound like it even though there is currently a 7 month waiting list:

She said Jaguar and its dealers have reached agreement that "it's first-come, first-served when it comes to orders taken and orders filled, and there will be no buying your way up the waiting list."

Uh, what part of "there will be no buying your way up the waiting list" did you not comprehend?

- meaning individuals who were willing and able placed early orders for the car despite any possible associateed ADM's will get them. tough luck for those late to the party or unwilling to pay up during the first go-round. Like "take it or leave it".

I guess you're reading it differently than me. I see ADMs as a way for a dealer to see whose willing to buy their way to the #1 position on the list. If you take that option out of the equation, ADMs aren't likely to occur.

Why they would make any refference to it being the size of the marshmallow turd ES is beyond me??? It's the size of a GS...

Either way, sound's like its going to be Tata's problem if it sells or not. Personally I think its a cool car except for the Buick front end, ugh.
