I'm glad they kept the squircle headlights, they look great. Really it just needs a little tidying-up up front. They went for easy production tollerences and the hood gaps and other details look oversimplified compared to other 'new' fords like the edge/taurus's. A bit tighter hood fit and some more lower sculpting should look nice. Doesn't really need a whole lot.
