I believe we have some Houstonites on TMS so I'm asking for some help. The air bag light is on in our 2002 Lincoln LS. I don't have any experience in dealing with the service departments of any of the Houston FLM dealers. Can someone give me recommendation for a dealer with a good service department, preferably on the north side of Houston? TIA

 

If I have to take my car in, I goto Mac Haik off the Belt and I-10. I think they've had issues in the past but I always ask for Diana Scanlin and she is always helpful and upfront and gets my car in and out. I've never had a ding, car return dirtier then when I dropped it off - well some bird poo but I'd rather them not wash my car anyway or any other things other than my Mustang getting fixed.

 

Thanks for the recommendation. I was hoping for something closer to the Spring/Woodlands area though.

 

Nothing on the North side, but Helfman Ford on 59S or McRee Ford on 45S are both excellent dealers for service.
