I'm guessing you meant "T5 swap"....yes and no....The mark VII requires an adjustment to the pinion angle to be 100% correct with no vibration....I also made a custom console plate since there is nothing to use and I wanted it to look factory. Everything else was pretty much like a Mustang.

 

M5 = 5 speed Manual, nomenclature I'm afraid I've picked up from our GM friends, who refer to thier various tranmissions as M3,M4,M5,M6 - A2,A3,A4,A5,A6, etc.

 

No problem, When I see "M5" I'm thinking BMW at first...

 

I remember seeing a mark vii at the track a while back. Don't know what he had in it but it pulled the wheels to low 10's. I was definately a V8 though with what looked like a homemade cowl induction hood.

 

Arrrggghhhh! I hate it when people put cowl induction hoods on MkVII's!

 

If the engine as built inside as well as it's dressed on the outside, I'm sure that Lincoln can run.
