See my answers above. Out of my "YES" answers, the customer service is only one Ford still needs to address.
IMO, the "NO" answers don't represent "quality". You could design a car with "gotta have it" styling and tons of features but if it breaks down all the time, it isn't "quality".

Here's a good example: I love my Mustang, but I noticed that where the front windshield glass meets the A pillar on the driver's side, that you can see all sorts of excess black "gunk" along the edge, presumably that they used to adhere or seal the windshield to the body. The passenger side is fine, but the driver's side is pretty messy and "rough" looking. I didn't notice it until shortly after I had taken delivery of the car.
I'm not too bothered about it now, but I did red flag it as a "quality" discrepancy when I found it. I have never seen that on any Japanese vehicle in a similar price point...actually, at any price point, and it's something I have specifically been looking for on import vehicles since I bought my car.
And I am still of the opinion that better plastics need to be used in the Mustang interior. It's the cheapest of the cheap, and easily scratched, something a softer, "cushier" plastic (with more "give" or flex in it) would be less prone to.

I would argue interior fit & finish has a ways to go still in certain respects and on certain models.
