This could not be more true. Looking exif data on one of the images, the equipment used isn't anything special. The shot is fantastic.
It is the perfect example of photography being more about the person than the equipment.
It is a new hobby for me, and this was one of the first lessons I had to learn.

i learned it the hard way.. kept upgrading my camera when i saw a photographer taking pic with a better camera... ended up learning i can never get to his/her range with having the same equipment. so stopped the upgrading spree and started learning tips as much as i can from youtube n web...
