Spontaneous random wipers?

Ok, so a couple days ago my '99's wipers started turning on completely randomly. Anybody else ever have this happen?

Pretty confident that you need a new multifunction switch.

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's what it is. I just thought it was weird that they would turn on randomly. Usually when things like that go bad they don't work when they're supposed to not the other way around

I had an 01 Bullitt that had that switch replaced under warranty, as the wipers would come on by themselves when using the turn signals and turning.

Sometimes they just come on while I'm driving down the highway
