Saying Goodbye to an Old Friend
Saying Goodbye to an Old Friend
I finally sold my '98. Luckily it's going to a good home : my sister-in-law's boyfriend in Washington. It was and still is a great car. We had some good times
This is just sort of a little tribute. I'm down to one Mustang now....

How'd it feel parting with her? I know it's staying in the family (sort of), but I would think that it was still a little difficult letting her go.
At least she's got a good home. More time to play with the S197!

It was somewhat sad to see the '98 go
but I am glad it's going to someone who'll take good care of it and I hope he'll enjoy it as much I did. Though I love my S197, I have to say the SN95s are are still nice looking and fun cars...

Its funny how your Mustang can become a part of you almost, I sold my first Mustang way back in '96...it was a Canyon Red SVO that I drove daily. I washed it every single day on the way home from work, it was just so awesome.......I never got over that loss and miss it dearly to this very day. Your's was beautiful too, I can imagine it was painful to watch drive off.
The '06 is definitely helping me get over the loss
I just had too many cars; I've got my '67 Plymouth and the V8 240Z project car, so the '98 was easiest of my babies to part with (at least it is the one that runs and drives the best)...
