Is there anything cheap that could be used instead of jumping straight to making a huge panel out of... whatever we were thinking of?

also, your side exhaust creates the same problems that the Cobra R had with it's side exhaust that Chris mentioned. I suppose we could work around it. I mean it can't have that bad of an effect on the aerodynamics. Its not like we'll be driving that thing at 150+ anyway

could would be a cheap mock up with wood....or cardboard.... just don't go driving aroung, cause the cats may light them on fire.

Hi guys, just joined your site today. I have been reading this post from start to end, as I too have been wanting to incoporate an air diffuser system on my car. Has there been any further development?

For lightweight materials, I was thinking of ABS(http://www.regal-plastics.com/sheet-abs.html) or Dibond(http://www.regal-plastics.com/al-sheet.html).

I hope to learn much more on this site..

Welcome. As of late, nothing yet. The guy that makes them was involved in some legal issue
