Please HELP

I own a 2000 Mustang GT convertible... I added a pro charger and had the car tuned by professionals at Blow By Racing in Florida.... I had to put the car in storage for about 2-3 yrs.... Unfortunately the garage had moisture in it.... Now the car won't start.... I have gotten as far as figuring out that the injector pulse goes steady after the crack and floods engine.... What could be causing this......

I would drain the old fuel first. Did you do that?
