I think blind was a better connection, seeing as most of us just have to read your posts.

After seeing how much tubular K's cost... (holy god.) I'm going to have to just get the motor mounts.

Whenever our schedules match up, which may mean it will be a while.

On a side note, today Arin, another buddy, and I changed out my extremely tired motor mounts. I am amazed how much they did. The motor does not "thud thud thud" at take off, and if that were the only thing then I would be stoked, but it also turned out that shifts were all much smoother due to the engine staying more still. I'll try to snag some pics of the old ones; they are all torn up and split.

I'd go Urethane... You do not want to have to do it again. It was honestly not nearly as horrible as I was expecting it to be. Just very time consuming.

On a super-freaking-exciting note...

I have only neglected my front alignment for... 2 years. My Steeda 3 bolts do not have quite enough adjustment, but not any longer! I just ordered MM C/C plates from LMR from the gift card they sent me. I wish they had a bigger selection of MM products on their website, but free mods are probably the best thing since the beginning of beginnings. Thanks again LMR!

Also ordered their detail kit. I was pretty happy with the sample sized bottles of Croftgate, so I decided that this would be the perfect way to round out the gift card.

you get some pics of your old motor mounts? I'm wanting to check them against mine. My shifts have been super clunky lately, and I'm starting to wonder what the deal is.

I'm just hoping I dont have a clutch on its way out. Didn't you change the clutch in yours Pete?

Dang. I tried to link the pictures of my old motor mounts from my dropbox and it didn't work at all.

Also, I got my C/C plates installed yesterday. It took way longer than I expected from what other people had said, but it all got done. Still need to go to get it aligned, and currently it is all sorts of wonky, but they sure look nice.

I'm going to get a set of c/c plates so I can lower my Gt some more. 3/4 coil cut just isn't enough.
