Almost have her...
I'm finally going through with the purchase of a 94 Mustang GT within the next few weeks. White with a black interior and best of all, five speed. I will have pictures soon, so please no "this thread is worthless without any pics" smilies until I at least go down to see it.
It is one in the morning, just thought I'd send out the word to the Mustang world that it will soon have a new member.
And with this comes the problems. Starting with sensor troubles. So you all will be seeing a lot of me soon.

That is on the list of mods, though.
No exhaust stuff. This is my donor car for the FFR Coupe when I buy that (a year or just over) , and since the exhaust is completely replaced with the side pipes in the kit I don't want to put in money that won't be beneficial in the end.
I doubt that nothing will be modded on it, so keep the ideas flowing.
Bug Arin for photos, he's closer than I am to it.

Every_Mn... That was quite original.
Nathan, you and me both my friend. I'm going down to see it probably next weekend. Since you were a naysayer (along with most of the others) I'm sure you'll be surprised to hear that it is only $1,500. Quite short of the 3-4k that was expected for an early SN95.
The new Bullitts and tires are a nice bonus too.

A friend of mine has a 94 5.0, and one of his favorite mods is a new clutch and shifter. His original was much harder and the upgraded one is a lot better for the drag.
Also, get sub-frame connectors! They do wonders!

please note that the pics are from before he got the new bullitts on (they are from his myspace lol)
I've seen the car in person in its current state. It needs some kind of sensor work bec its running weird, and the check engine light's on. The only reason it ain't fixed yet is that both mustang brothers (the one with the white 94 and the orange 97) work full time now and they just cant make time for it

Well don't tell my parents that. They are loaning me the money until I can pay them back.
Is the back seat even worth keeping in you guy's opinion? I've always thought it was almost just a waste of space. I tried to squeeze in the back of my buddy's Roush (an 03) a couple years ago and simply couldn't do it. Knees hitting the seat in front of me, and head hitting the roof. Of course, most of my friends are smaller than me, but how small do you have to be to fit in the back?
Is a rear seat delete a common mod?

I'm around 6'2". But if someone around 5'8" can fit then I am definitely going to keep it.
Double my people load.

It also depends on who's driving. I put my seat so far back that a sheet of paper has to strain to fit. Most people though, don't have as much of a problem. I just keep my back seat for a place to keep my stuff.

That looks like an awesome car! Can't wait to see an updated pic!!

well, someone had to do it. And then I would have had to reply with what I had said in the first post. "I don't have any." So in a way, I'm glad that you did it in the first post, and now I don't have to lose sleep about not knowing if someone has asked for pictures yet.
Arin go get new pictures!

Well I just got off the phone with Zoheb, the current owner. I'm heading down on Friday to check it out, and if all works out well, then we may be bringing home a Mustang. If not, then I have to do more convincing of the parentals, and then bringing it home
Unfortunately it isn't running too hot right now (not temperature wise), but Arin and Zoheb are convinced that it is just wear and tear on the sensors. I'm not sure if it'll make it home, so we'll probably have it towed home. Then the fun stuff starts.
By the way. I decided that Kara (pronounced care-uh, not car-uh) is a good name, but everyone is saying that is completely unoriginal since it's "like car, except with a k, and an a at the end". Should we take it to a vote?

Haha, Mustang Sally and Black Betty tend to be far too common for my liking.
