Offroad Catted H pipe legal in California?

Wanna get my car sounding loud but I don't want to get pulled over and get a ticket.
I was recompense a off road H pipe
I was thinking of it but just want to make sure it's street legal?
Should I get a Catted off-road pipe if it's legal?
Or am I stuck with just regular h pipe?

Wtf? No. Hello? Offroad. Meaning no cats. Illegal. Even Catted is illegal, but you will be much better off noise wise and you can still pass the sniffer test with high flow cats. You won't pass visual though.
