Little update

I know its been a while since Ive been on here. And lets face it I wasn't on here for very long so I figure I'll do another introduction. I have a 1999 Black Mustang with a 3.8. Well lets just say the ring and pinion gear went bad so I've decided to go ahead with what I've wanted to do for a while and that is a V8 swap . But it's going to have more then just a V8, tranny and rear are getting upgraded to. I'm doing and IRS rear but Im not yet sure on the trans. Going to be either a T-56 or a TKO-500. The motor is a 4.6, fully forged with ending displacement somewhere around a 301. I have the block and am working on getting the rest of the parts. I hope to have this done by the beginning of the summer but in reality it will probably be at the end.

At any rate here are some pics.

And I also have a 95GT bone stock with 55,000 miles

Welcome back!

I remember you That pic of the nose of the 99 outside your house brought it all back

Anyhow, this sounds like a slick build. I wish you the best of luck and I can't wait to get updates

according to his Sig. he must be right up the street from me. I live in Chesterfield, VA also woo hoo

Stephen, I got a 5.0 short block from MMR. and was extremely pleased with the quality and service. And gotta have the 6 speed : )

And the TKO-600 isn't a six speed. Its just the newer version of the TKO-500
