I`m write from Latvia.
somewhere in a short circuit - burned out fuse #8

I disconect all positons, but do not care

Not working - power mirrors, central lock, radio and cd changer, map lights, couretsy lights, wipper/washer, all gauges, electronic flasher relay connect all time an don`t work
In engine compartment all fuses is ok, but in IP panel burned #8....
Engine works

I see in IP panel other side 2 wires - green/yellow(go to gauges and radio) and yellow????????

I dion`t find in internet and haynes book correct diagramms

 

All those are definitely not just one fuse. Here:

Which shows that your list of things that do not work includes fuse 8, true, but also fuses 2, 11, 15, 18... And underhood, there's two or three fuses for those as well.

This seems very bad, electrically speaking, and may indicate you need new fuse panel(s) and/or electrical work done beyond just the parts these fuses protect...
