Ford GT - The last one on a Oahu dealer's showroom floor (Gulf Edition) was shipped out to ConUS earlier this year. The price must've been incredibly marked up, since the other Gulf GT on the road here was purchased from out of state after the person tried to buy it locally from said st- er, dealer. It was wonderful seeing and hearing it fired up, though.
You want mark-up? Check out e-bay for a GT500 listed in Pago Pago, Samoa! I heard the dealer failed to refuse the allocation. One of the worst cars to have in a place with only 12 miles of 2 lane paved roads and a 25mph speed limit. The local haters are also more than willing to throw rocks at you if you drive something better than the normal beaters (anecdote from a co-worker who visited his in-laws). If the asking price won't kill you, the taxes and shipping costs will.

Sorry to hear about your window. If it happens again, save some money and add more to this thread with a DIY.

I highlighted everything i don't think you need or should get. which saves you $8093 but i think you should add 3.73 or 4.10 gears so $180 + $100 for install. And I would add an O/R x or h pipe.

Also 30# injectors seem to much for the rest of the mods you have seems like 24 would be a better choice. I doubt the stock heads can flow enough to need that much fuel.

I cant have anything O/R, this is CA lol

You highlighted all of the coolest things there! I know they aren't Bullitt friendly mods, but I want them. It'll be the sickest Bullitt ever. You just don't understand

I have no idea how CA is but in IL we still have emission tests. but OBDII cars just get plugged in and if it doesn't throw a code it passes.

And If CA still does the rollers on all cars there is a fuel addative you can add to your gas tank and it will pass everytime. can't remember what its called but my friends firebird failed twice then he added the stuff and went and it passed with flying colors.

But a Bullitt is supposed to be more low-key... come come now man. Why not just get a Mach 1 or GT?

Chris, it's not like I'll be making a ton more horsepower without the cats. I think I can live with a catted setup without having to worry about passing smog at all... I don't want this turning out like the II lol

I know that, but I want mine to be a little bit different. Besides, from a distance its not going to look radically different. I'm fairly certain the only thing anyone will notice on the road is the wheels (maybe) the louvers, and the shaker. If I left the CF bare, its not going to stand out too much, and if I painted to match, it wouldn't look all that different at all. I'm starting to think painting it to match, but masking off the "Mach 1 stripe" and letting that part be exposed CF would look pretty cool.

Alternatively I could just use the applique on the GT hood and it would just have a black stripe down the center, which on a dark car like mine, isn't all that noticeable. The louvers.. well sure those are going to stick out, but I love em. The cobra bumper isn't going to look too wild, especially without fogs. I'm pretty sure that's all the exterior changes, so overall not too much stuff.

I want to build the perfect New Edge Mustang. It might incorporate bits from Mach 1s, Cobras and the R's, but the Bullitt is the coolest and best starting point to build from.

Besides, its not like I have any money to spend on the car in the near future anyhow. You purists can rest easy, for now I've started to think more and more about how futile it is to keep the car so stock like so many people do and have done. Whenever I go to car shows, it isn't the pristine car thats exactly as-is since 1968 that attracts me, its the one thats been modded to be so much cooler than all the rest. I would rather my Bullitt be that car, rather than the low miles trailer queen that still has the pastic wrap on the seats

Arin with only cams, you prob wont need different injectors, 24lb at the most. KenB from modulardepot or Doug from bamachips could tell you easily on that.
