Has anyone taken out and painted any of there interior molding? Like the center console,e-brake, pillar covers, door sills?

I only ask because I just had my CDC center dash mount gauge pod painted tungsten to match my car and I thought it looks really good. I think a few interior pieces paint the same would accent the interior. Would this make it look to RICE?

Ijust remember the days when muscle cars had no molding,carpet or headliner and everything was painted the same color as outside.

 

I've seen it done on the SN-95's, and some were great, some very overdone. On the Tungsten :thumb:, I think it is a "dull" enough color to pull off. Yellow and white, and probably grabber are pretty "in your face", and a bit extreme. I know, I painted a buttload of the interior of my Zinc 02.

Pick a few key parts, just do not over do it.

 

Too much would look Cheap. Have you ever been in a Quality vehicle where they had to paint the interior??
