That's a neat piece, but in use, it doesn't sound very good. It would only serve a purpose if actually watching a movie. Otherwise, it is very weak/tinny sounding. It was disappointing to say the least. I think it would make an excellent speakerphone for a hands-free phone setup.

Maybe just put a trim piece in then?

Here's a kit at Crutchfield. It says it's for other Ford models, but it came up in a search for 2007 Mustang, so I'm sure it will fit.......
