I would like to know which fastener point is used to mount the Steeda dead pedal. The only one I see is a plastic press fastener on the left kick panel, which I doubt is the right place. Any clarification would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!

Did you read the instructions?

The kick panel must be removed. Once that is done, there is a bolt the bracket attaches to that hold the dead pedal firm.

Lemme know if you have any problems - I put one in my ride.

I am fabricating a mounting bracket for a Bullitt dead pedal and wanted to know what hard point the Steeda pedal used. I figured it was under the left kick panel, but figured I asked here on TMS before spending time hunting. Will post pics once complete. Thanks again!

Ahah! So I guess you figured out how to mount the Bullit gas pedal to the fly-by-wire setup?

I ended up inserting the Bullitt pedal into the face of the fly-by-wire pedal. Much plastic was removed on the bottom of the Bullitt pedal and two holes/slots were made in the face of the fly-by-wire pedal, but I was able to keep the retention pin feature of the Bullitt. I will post pictures once I get the dead pedal set-up completed.
