SHR window switch plates update?

Some time back, SHR had indicated they were working on replacement window switch plates. Has any progress been made on these?

SHR is still working on getting them into production - in the past 6 months we have had to double the size of our facility, upgrade / add / replace CNC equipment to keep up, add and train new employees, and all along try and keep our current customers happy with our existing products. We're digging out of the move to our new shop now, and hope to have all current product stocks back to acceptable levels within the next few weeks, at which time "machine time" for these projects will come available.

While the wait is sometimes long and difficult to explain all the details on, the simple fact remains that we're committed to the project and others I've mentioned, but with only 24 hours in a day, sometimes things you want to have done just can't happen as quickly as even I'd like them to happen... (FYI it's 12:30am local time, and that's when I find the time to come check in some days on the forums.)

Please don't take this as being defensive, it's not meant that way - just trying to let people know that the popularity of our existing product line is a big part of what has slowed down our new product development / deployment - but we're making progress to improve that every day.

Glad to hear from you Marcello. Been watching that area for a while now. NOT a pleasent view from the news media we get over here on this coast. You not only had the move on your mind, but the Fires, your home, and your family's safety. Let alone the business, and what day to day attention you could possibly attend to. Hope the move is getting smoother, now that the Fire's in your area have subsided (Thank you RAIN) who ever thought we'd be asking for that. Are you still trying to be operational during the move? Will you new machinery at the new location be functional before you have to shut down, and move your current set up.

You have to come see the new place!

We moved 1.5 months earlier than expected, we were busting at the seams at the old location, and so when the opportunity presented itself, we just said the heck with it and put everything into moving. Seeing two tractor-trailers worth of equipment going down the road led by our truck to get them there the easiest way was something I wish I had a camera handy for...

Anyway, we're in the new location, had an unofficial open-house the day the fires about burned the city to the ground (Pony Drive came by that morning), and have been back in production trying to dig out of backorder hell for the past month or so after being down completely for almost all of April. Through it all we only had the phones on "auto answer" for 2 days when the phone company screwed up our installation / swap, and we didn't have any choice, but other than that, everything has gone a lot better than it could have.

Now on to more new stuff
