reamoving sirius stock radio

I know someone here has done it...I want to use the ford satellite antenna for my Starmate is there a standard plug on the back of the radio or is it wired differently then the plug and play units?

You can't wire the aftermarket Sirius to work like the factory one. You can get the direct line that goes between the regular antenna and your radio so that it broadcasts directly rather that wirelessly, but you can't wire it so that the Shaker controls your Starmate.

The Ford satellite antenna that is mounted on the trunk would probably work, but I doubt that the cable is long enough to reach inside the car to where your Starmate would have to be so you can control it.
