I dont know how, but why would you want to? In sports cars, I like my seats as low as I can get them, lowers the center of gravity, and slightly increases performance.

Without a power seat, the passenger side is to low for people under 5'5".
It is hard to see out and some people get carsick.
Myself, I am looking for a taller wife.

I guess I never think about it, I'm 6'5 or so, I usually lean the seat back to get headroom in almost any car I drive.

I know of some guys that have converted their passenger seat to a power seat. Interesting thread:

Expensive. I also remember reading about some people who wanted to custom fabricate some brackets that raised the passenger seat. I personally don't see that being all that safe, but what do i know.

I guess I havent noticed it, but mine is power. Hell just cut your leather up and toss in some layers of foam. or soybean, whatever they used on the 08's.

I originally used a beaded seat cover used a lot by taxi drivers. When that wore out I bought one of those orthotic seat cushions, looks like a wedge with an oval hole cut out at the base for your spine. Wife likes it great, anyone else rides with me it's easy to toss in teh back if they don't need/like/want it.

I got the seat cushion for about 12 bucks at the BX, I'm sure you could find them at wal-mart, etc.

If you're willing to go through the trouble, you can put in the passenger power seat. I installed it and love it - so does my wife. She's more willing to ride in the car now.

Cheers

I haven't looked at the base of the seat but I wonder if you could put something under the mounting points? Like a block of aluminum...Just a thought..
