Hey, that is cool! Too expensive for what it is, but cool none-the-less.

Duuuuuuuude. That'd so be sweet for a cheaper price if you really wanted to retro tribute one.

If I win the lottery or something, those are *going* to be Awesome's new quarter windows.

But until then, no.

/It's not *bad* at 800 bucks, but I need wheels first.

Would be WAY cooler if I could mod it to my SHR louvers, best of both worlds.

Thumbs up

It is a very creative move in my opinion, Mustang coupes seem to" bottle -up "the wind when cruising with the windows down. These pop outs should eliminate that effect. I think they are a great idea but for under $475.00 . A more realistic consumer price would, perhaps, boost sales to allow for more sales and more reasonable profit mark-ups ?

I wish the price was more realistic, more people would buy this if it was. I like that a company went out on a limb and made a cool product. Maybe if they made a set that has manual openers?

I love the legacy look but to costly

I think I'm with everyone else. I love this mod but I will have to wait until it goes down in price. It is not worth the price. In time they will lower it and then I will buy it. I think the 400-500 range is a good price. We may see this on my 5.0 once they drop the price.

I dont think prices will go down. These will soon be offered at Ford dealerships as a dealer added option when buying a car.

I like them because it helps to cool the car down during hot summer days and helps reduce wind turbulance.

On my GT500:

A dealer installed option is probably the only way they can still make this thing. I don't think anyone would shell out that kind of money for pop out glass. Now if it was added in my monthly payment... sign me up!

Yes, this is extremely cool!!! One of my biggest gripes with my car is the lack of ventilation, even with the windows down. Like everyone else has said, $800 is a little steep.

I doubt the price will ever change. They've been around for a long time already. They were way too expensive back then, and they're still way too expensive now.

What up Fellas!! Thanks for your all of your comments! Much appreciated. I think I can squeeze down the price to $675.00. For all the good folks on this forum. We can try it out and see where it goes. Consider all of the components involved in the kit. You get two new qtr glass with the revised blackedge, Power motor, regulator w/ wiring and glowing switches, All the custom cut laser brackets needed for the conversion w the revised smaller logo on the inside cover plate, new custom spiral gear assemblies and the seals. Can someone do me a favor though? Find out what each individual stationary Qtr Glass costs, Please? This deal is only for those on this Forum, So if you place an order on our site Key In "themustangsource" for this Promo deal on the Notes portion of the order form and we will revise to the price stated of $675 + shipping.
Thanks again for your time!!

That's a nice drop.

If you still have this promo in the new year, you'll see me get these for my 2012. The buttons will glow in the ice blue as well?

I TOTALLY understand the cost when you put it that way. It just sucks that such a cool well thought out mod is that expensive... thats why I mentioned a lowered priced "pop out" version would probably sell like hot cakes! Your kit looks really good thats why I started this thread.
