I "installed" mine on PSH yesterday, and it looks great.
I'm not going to use the 3M tape because as mentioned before, you lose a lot of space with the bezel. A 12-oz. soft drink can fits in the rear cupholder, but the front cupholder is too small for anything besides a cell phone. Luckily the bezel fits in the console!

There's a blow up of this pic on page one, in one of Brad's posts...Does anyone know if that shift **** in the above pic is also available from MGW? I'm totally loving the triple chrome ring thing going on where the boot meets the ****!!!
