I ordered a Torch red GT with the red/black interior. First I'm not sure why you can't get rear mats but that's another story. I agree that 98% of the time no one will ride in the back but when they do I want mats. I'm going to order custom mats and I wanted to know your thoughts. Do you think black mats with torch red binding around the edge would look better than torch red mats and black binding?

 

Actually I think Charcoal Mats/Binding with Red embroidery (GT...Mustang....etc.) would be stunning IMO. I know this doesn't totally answer your question, but I really don't care for the Mat and Binding to be different colors, so the answer to your question: Neither....

 

I wholeheartedly agree with kiddyup. Dark Charcoal floormats with Torch embroidery in the middle would look great.


Both of the options you are considering would be horribly ugly IMO>

 

i'm flabbergasted with the lack of factory rear mats also....i like the Steeda mats, but would like some that weren't black with another color trim.....patience is needed to get what we want i guess. ya gotta figure that January and February will give us a ton of choices in all areas of the '05's....
