The windscreen came in today! Install time was about 15 minutes.
My impressions:
An excellent product. With the windows down, there's still a small amount of wind, but it is clearly much quieter in the cabin. On city streets my wife's hair wasn't blowing around at all. No need for a baseball cap!
On the freeway there is much less wind. With the windows up, it's almost like riding with the top up, execpt you have a great view. Overall one of the best purchases I've made for the mustang.

Wonder how these would work with a CDC lightbar?

I'm sorry, but do you need this device? As I've said before, there's not a lot of wind buffetting in this car. Put your windows up and you're good to at least 80 mph.

To me this sounds like a product in search of a need.

Nothing additional on a car is "needed". The most basic of cars is all that's "needed" to get you from point A to point B. All you need is something with 4 wheels and runs. Everything additional is just personal preference.
