I had the panels done at a local upholstery shop after giving up on finding these on the net. Both panels were completely gone when I bought the car and someone had glued cheap felt over the area. They also did the backseat knockout area in the same color, it turned out awesome.

I added the welt trim myself after the upholster was finished.

Both Fronts & backs were $300.00 total and they supplied the material. I went with a higher end material since they didn't have the Ford "diamond" in stock or it would have been less.

The welt was about 15 bucks ordered online.
