I wrote that I put a power seat rack on the passenger side of my 06 but figured I read the person's post wrong so I deleted it.
But if they need help I'll be happy to help. Just don't know what they would like to know.

Okay. If you want to put a power rack in the passenger side you'll need to depin the black connector and solder it to the the old connector (Grey square) that comes with the car since the black one is only for 07+.
Check the picture. I did this for my 06 since me wife is so tiny she couldn't see over the dash with the regular seat.haha
Does this help?

I'm Afraid All I Had Was a Drivers Side & No Wiring.

I Would Advise Finding a Car at a Pic a Part With The Same Color Side Shield and Cut The Wiring as Far Up The Car as Possible. Be Advised The Seat is Going to Be Stuck in Whatever It's Last Passenger Had it Set To and It May or May Not Pose Problems Getting At Certain Bolts. Also Be Advised The Sight Shields are Quite Fragile and Better Removed After Seat Track Removed if Possible. As Far as The Low Down on The Sight Shields Here it is on Second Link The Low Down If You Need To Replace It.

Here is My Thought on The Passenger Seat Track. Many Stangs Were a Lone Wolf Car Meaning Hardly Anybody Rode in Passenger Seat. So I Would Try & Find a car Where The Passenger Seat Was Really Nice Regardless of If Drivers Side Was Tired. Although Overall Nice Interior Condition Would be a Plus Because a Dust Filthy Interior Would Tend To Gum Up The Work in a Power Seat Track.

Might Want to Do dry Run On Your Drivers Seat For Removal So No Surprises on What tools Will Be Needed.

Interchange FYI, Not Suggesting New.

Hola @05stangkc I have one I got from a junk yard back in 2019 off ebay that I didn't get around to installing since it was a bit... janky... The track looks all right but the plastic surround was kind of trashed. Is that the "side shield" you're talking about?
