So you just want to remove them from the hood? From under the hood, press on the clip that is located near the front of the nozzle (closest part to the front of the hood. The piece then pushes out and forward to remove it from the hood. Pull on the tube to remove it and there you go, nozzles have been removed. If the hose is putting up a fight, warm it up with a hair dryer.

Mine just wiggled out w/ a little bit of push/pull. No tools needed, and definately no need to damage the hood.
I relocated mine to the wipers using the squirters from a Ford SUV - Excursion, I think. Since this pic was taken, I've tidy'd up the hose.

That's what Ford should have done with all the new Mustangs. It's hard to believe that they would put two warty eye sores on the hood when they have had the ability for decades to not choose to do so. Even the 1971-73 models had a clean hood with hidden wipers and jets.

Dear God NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!

If that was the reason Ford put them there then they certainly are not smart enough to figure out that the flat high hood would not even allow the light to point on the road...

Okay let me get this straight... washer jets that light up?... What's next? Parking lamps that shoot water up in the air like a synchronized fountain light show?

Unfortunately those do exist but they are not intended to light up the road. They are just LED's that light up to say "Look at me". I'm sure whomever installs these also got the LED exhaust tip, under car lighting, LED tire valve caps and under dash lighting.

Thanks for the info, those hoses are on super tight and look like mini assembly's...I did not want to break them. I need to install them in the new Saleen hood
