Just wondering as I saw this chop and the wheels look AWESOME! New and yet they remind me of the Magnum 500's from years past....IF they do fit, did Ford make them in 17" only, or can you get 18's.....IF these will fit from either Ford or an aftermarket maker then you guys will see them on mine real soon....

P.S. Anybody get any REAL timeframe on when CDC is gonna release their shaker hood scoop? Want to pick one up but can't seem to find out when it will be ready..

Thanks for any info and I believe this chop was done by Twister....Trying to give credit where it is certainly due.....

John

Ford makes em for the 05...you can check for the Wheel Catalog...the part number is XR3Z-1007-CA. They're 17's, but they still look pretty nice. I'll probably be putting some of those on this Spring too.

Billet aluminum Magnum 500s are available from Wheelvintiques in 18" sizes with custom offsets.

Pretty pricey at $ 500/each, but pretty cool.

I like the chrome, but it's missing the black. If there was a version with the best of both worlds, I'd be more inclined to go with them. They might not look right that way though...oh well.

Nice photo Brad....hadn't seen it before....I'm trying to take advantage of a chance at a cheap new set locally. My bro in law works for Ford and he can get them with center caps and lugs for just 399.00....It's too good a deal to pass up when you consider I was thinking of paying 400.00 PER rim to Steeda for their ultralite's.....If they look decent on the car then that saves me a bunch toward my supercharger setup.....I'd love some black bullitts but I'm trying to be a little different here and the bullitts seem pretty abundant....I'll decide this week one way or the other....thanks for all the info letting me know they'll fit guys!!!!!

Guys, Brads pic was from www.gefracing.com. I have order stuff from these guys in the past and they are good to deal with. they offer the '03 standard mach 1 wheel 17x8 for 124 each. They dont offer the 255 50 17 tires though (only 245 45 17), which is the upgrade from the 235 55 17 stock tire size.

I really like those standard mach wheels and if I ever get my gt, really considering ordering those.

those wheelvintiques look like they're stampped and slotted.. they don't look like the newer ones that were made for the 04 MACH 1.... I'd be careful that you know what you're getting from them. They look to be exactly the same as the original Magnum 500s from the 60's, just made with the '05 bolt pattern

Update, also found those mach 1 rims at www.buyfordmotorsport.com for I believe $110 each standard finish, or $259 chrome.

are these the mach 1 wheels off of the 04 mach 1, or are they specifically made for the 05 lug pattern/offset?

I think the part numbers I quoted above are for the 05 (since that's the way they're listed in the wheel guide).

I really like those

I was just down to my storage unit the other day looking at my 69 with magnums thinking those would just be trick on the 05!
