Ever since I was a kid, I've loved the idea of having a blue sports car with white stripes. Since my car came with Ghost stripes, I ignored my plans to go with the whiteys after all...



Now It's hitting me up again. The mod bug. That imfamous CRAVING to say, "hmm...will it look better?"


How much would it cost to get a shop/dealer to slap on a set of stripes?

Will it come off easily?

Is it a good idea to even try these as "Temporary?"

(Im not sure if i want to cover the ghosts up, though. They are so unique and beautiful... :worship: )

The ghost stripes are nice....and between me and you Im 22, and were both still kids....hehe

 

I just think white stripes on blue are the best looking combination there is IMO.

 

Your car's ghost stripes are unique, subtle and beautiful.
Don't change a thing.
Know when to "lift the brush" on your masterpiece.

 

I selected white but actually would prefer silver stripes. Not as subtle as ghost but more subtle than white.

i have always liked the way your car looked w/them...at least i think it was yours i saw pics of in another thread

 

I am relatively new to this, but it seems that with each car, there is one final modification that puts it over the top, and the car goes from "Wow" to "Bling". I think changing your stripes to white would be that last mod. Know when to stop. Leave the ghost stripes. JMO

Haha okay guys. Yea its actually funny. At nights I have a mind of my own when it comes to thinking about mods. I woke up this morning and I looked at my car outside in the sun, and I was like..."hrm...Why the HECK did I want to change my ghost stripes?"






Besides, I couldn't call it GhostGT anymore...

 

WOW! These are cool. Thinking about ghosts for mine when i get it. How much did yours run, if ya don't mind me asking?....

those wheels? what size? What brand? Where did you get them?

 

I am going to guess those are Foose 20 inch Nitrous wheels.

Not sure where he got them though!

I am planning on getting ghost stripes on my car as well. Already have it down as one of the first mods I will do upon delivery. Hopefully before Scothew gets a hold of it.
