I use one from California Car Cover. It was custom made for my Roush and fits like a glove for a great price. Can't remember which one it is, but it's one of their softest materials. Check 'em out..

 

I don't bother, but I have a small heated garage without too much dust.
That way I can stare at the car all winter long.
In the summer it just becomes a pain to use if you drive every few days.
Take it off...Put it on.
I just carefully dust it and polish it as often as I can.

It's $140 which is a good price for a custom-fitted cover.

 

Be careful and check car covers often....then can be an attraction to little critters ( like mice ) that find them nice for warmth and bedding. They like to shred the soft inner lining and make themselves a little hidden, hideaway nest. Oh..and then while they are there, the find it easy and convenient to chew on wires, plastic, etc. on the car.

For myself, I got a fitted Evolution 3 material cover. I prefer a thicker cover, as it will protect the car when there's foot traffic around it. It even absorbed most of the damage from the car getting bumped into by another car in the garage.
