1st off I tried to post this in Modifications but it would not let me. Weird.

Anyways, here are some updated pictures with the blackout decal and painted calipers. I know I messed up on the calipers with the paint but its now fixed.

Does anyone want to buy my centercaps? I have the spinners on the way. These are like new. Been on the car for close to 2 months. I am not sure on the price yet as I do not know what shipping would cost. Ill find out but feel free to make an offer in the mean time.

Thanks

Hey David,

Nice job on the calipers. I already bought the running pony decals and plan to paint mine real soon too. Did you use one of those ceramic paint kits, like Dupli-color, that you just brush on?

The blacked-out rear panel also looks great, especially on a Satin Silver stang. I'm assuming in your pictures that your trunk lid was not completely closed. If not, it's really misaligned.

Thanks for sharing the pictures

Hey Steve,

I bought the paint from Advance Auto Parts for $14.99 and yes it was special kit for calipers.

Thanks on the nice comments. You scared me for a moment on the alignment of my trunk but indeed it was not closed completely.

Yes I bought it off of eBay for 18.99 plus shipping. Its a matte black. I like it better as it does not get swirls as easy and of course if I get bored with it I can just take it off. It was great quality but not a exact an fit on the the 2 bottom corners. I have emailed the guy that I bought it from to see what he will do. Hopefully, he will do the right thing and send me a knew one.

Wow, I really love the black on the trunk lid there. What is the name/details of that mod? Price?

Daniel,

Thanks for the nice comments.

I will provide his link as soon as he lets me know that he will send me a replacemnt as it was not an exact fit. Here is a pic of what I am unhappy with.
David

P.S. You can see the defect even if you are looking straight at the car. I have taken it off and hope to get a replacement.

Hi Kevin,

I'm planning to paint them red, like my interior, with metallic silver running ponies. :-)
