O.K. Tom, did I miss a thread or is it a secret? Where'd you get this done? Or how? Last I read people were baking the headlight assemblies in the oven and melting them. LOL By the way...

Looks great. Did you do them yourself or have Roger do them? Anyway welcome to the club. There are very few of us out there.

a guy named "jimsoffa" thru eBay did them.

search for his auctions.

Here's my story:

Once you buy the auction, he orders the lights, heats the glue on the covers to seperate them, paints them to the color you want, and then reseals them. The paint match and quality is great, but the seal job is sloppy (although not seen when installed), and it took 8 weeks for me to get them (he was taking his sweet time). He did mention that he baked them for awhile. Also shipping less than to be desired, poorly packed and one on the lights had 2 x broken tangs. I was able to glue one of them, but the other wouldn't hold, so I had to tie it up with wire.

Overall I'm happy, but it was a miserable 10 week project.

Ok hey I like that a LOT. Looks more vintage than the stock housing! Kick ---!

And SilverGTvert, your car looks great. That Silver is begging for some 18" shinies though

Thanks Tom...Sounds more like a project for the CONUS. Or wait until a reputable company starts selling them. Either way, your car looks awesome....

I gonna probably be ordering my Axis GTR rims in a couple of days. And after that Turbo Charger here I come. I want to make one 11 sec pass at my track before I get banned for having the vert and not installing a roll cage.

They look great. I can’t seem to find them on eBay, though. May I ask who is Roger, and does he paint the headlights too? If he does, how is the best way to get a hold of him?
