Thinking about having these made...opinions?

I was thinking about having some window inserts made custom for my car, but wanted to get oopinions from everyone regarding the style.
I like the idea of having something unique, but I don't want it to be perceived as cheesy...or worse....Ricer!

Thanks!

(ps...the second photo is a solid panel, rather than one with holes.)

My opinion

For what it's worth, personally, I think the 1st one is "ricey" and the 2nd isn't as bad. I would choose it over the 1st. I understand you want something that is different. Good luck with it. Above all, do what looks good for you.

I'd say if you were to choose, the 2nd one for sure. You could put on some aftermarket louvers that people tend to forget like razzi scoops, xenon or slps etc.

imo, the first one looks ugly. the second one looks better. just a thought. if you are going to put a full custom panel like in #2, you should have the groove filled in with body filler so you cant tell where the panel is. now that would truly be unique.

The first one looks, really, really dumb.

You have seen the SHR panels... right?

Thanks guys. I added two more based on your responses. They are up at the original post. Let me know if u like these any better. The third one would mimic a recessed scoop, and the fourth is representing a filled window altogether.(The 'stang logo is questionable...once that is a filled panel, there could be anything there. s281 logo, GT...etc, or nothing at all would be cool too.)

The solid panel isn't as bad. I still say these are better:

Yes, I like those, too. Do you know who is selling them?

Thanks!

Silver Horse Racing

They're coming out soon - right now you can pre-order them - $109 I think.
