Steeda Hood, and no more antenna
Looks good man. Did Steeda change their hoods so that they no longer require hood pins or did you just not do them? I wish I wasn't so addicted to my hood struts. I would change too. But none of the fiberglass aftermarket hoods suggest using them.

I have the Redline struts on my California Dream hood. I always restrain the hood some when it is being lifted. No problems yet after about nine months and the hood being on two different stangs.

Yeah good to see the car back in good condition. I know what its like to drive a bent mustang. Mine was rearended in december and i just got it fixed. I missed the car so dang much. But i like that hood. I also had them leave off the spoiler. Where is the best place to upload pictures to be able to post them??? But i LOVE that you have no antenna!
Adam, Tony.....hows the fit, finish and overall quality of the Steeda hood?? I'd love one but would need to know that it's a solid investment and isn't going decayor crack in the coming years. They look tremendous on your cars by the way.

Mark, I am extremely pleased with the care and quality Steeda took. It was apparent in the final product and eased my concerns with there strive for perfection, considering it took 3 times to make sure the paint was done right. I highly recommend the hood.
BTW I LOVE YOUR NEW ADDITION UNDER THE HOOD!! If I go forced induction I am definately going with Roush.

Well this place is prolly as good a place as any to ask. Regarding this cowl inducted hood, is there now a gap (near the windshield) so that the heat and air can flow thru from the front of the engine, up, and out under the raised cowl portion of the hood?? In other words, can you know peak under the hood to see the engine? Could one of y'all take a picture from the windshield's point of view, please?
I was noticing on Steeda's site, there are TWO different cowl hoods. It looks like the Black Stang in this thread as one and the mineral gray Stang may have another.
Does anyone else notice the difference, and can you guys tell us which version (part #) you have in the pictures here? Also, still anxious to see a pic of the cowl from the windshield point of view.
Thanks!
